- Overtime Rate: will be confirmed during interview
- Hours: 36 hours over 6 days
Work Schedule
- Sunday – 05:00 to 11:30
- Monday – 05:00 to 11:30
- Tuesday – 05:00 to 11:30
- Wednesday – 05:00 to 11:30
- Thursday – 05:00 to 11:30
- Friday – 05:00 to 11:30
- Saturday – Day off

We’re looking to recruit an In Store Cleaning Manager. You’ll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury’s store, while also carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruiting and training the cleaning team, planning rotas and work patterns, and completing timesheets to ensure accurate payroll.
- Maintain flexibility with working times to meet business needs.
- Oversee health and safety – monitor and manage site safety, and provide necessary equipment and support.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a team manager in a fast-paced retail environment with cleaning experience.
- Previous responsibility for stock management, time recording, and employee relations (investigations, disciplinaries, performance management).
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a cleaning team.
