In-House Legal Counsel – Commercial & IP (Hybrid, Glasgow)

Job Description

Whyte and Mackay’s Glasgow head office is seeking a Legal Counsel to support the Legal Manager with governance and commercial legal services. The role is hybrid (2 days in office per week) and based in Glasgow, with 35-hour weeks.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, partner with HR, marketing, procurement and finance, and manage trademark applications across jurisdictions. A Scottish/English solicitor with in-house experience is required.
