In-Home Care Support Practitioner Flexible Shifts

Job Description

Ark Housing Association Ltd in Forfar is recruiting Female Support Practitioners to join our services supporting a young woman in her own home, helping her to live independently and achieve meaningful outcomes.

You will provide daily living support including personal care, medication administration, household tasks, and participation in activities. Training is provided, and shift patterns run 7am-11pm with sleepovers. Experience in social care is beneficial but not essential.
