Overview
Implementation Manager – Agile WoW at Barclays: guides teams, leaders, and organizations in adopting and optimizing Agile practices. Fosters an Agile mindset, enhances team performance, and drives continuous improvement by coaching teams in Agile methodologies, facilitating collaboration, and removing barriers to efficiency. Aligns Agile practices with organisational goals to support long term, sustainable Agile transformations.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, tools, and methodologies aligned to the Business Unit’s strategic needs and delivering value to clients/customers.
- Facilitate colleague development by coaching and developing colleagues to embed Agile ways of working, champion an Agile mindset, and drive cultural change.
- Build high-performing teams by helping identify and address impediments to Agile execution and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Drive continuous improvement using data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other Agile Coaches, share best practices, and contribute to a network of Agile champions across Business Units.
- Own the Agile coaching strategy to continually improve maturity levels across the organisation by embedding best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Agile transformation experience.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work in Agile transformation in Financial Services environments.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
- SAFe accreditation (valued).
- Strong Excel skills (valued).
Additional Information
- This role can be based out of Glasgow, Northampton, or Knutsford.
- Experience with risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital/technology is relevant to success in this role.
