Action for Children in the Lisalanna Short Breaks service is seeking a Residential Support Worker to support disabled children and young people aged 5-21. You will help assess needs, set goals, and foster development in a safe, engaging environment.

The role involves community activities, life skills development, and medication administration with full training provided. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is preferred, with support to complete it within two years.
