Impactful Housing Officer – Tenancy & Community Services

Job Description

Williamsburgh Housing Association is seeking a Housing Officer to own a defined patch, leading on tenancy management, estate services, anti social behaviour casework, allocations, and early intervention to deliver responsive, person centred services.

This frontline role covers rent and arrears, ASB investigation, estate inspections, voids and partnerships with external agencies, with a strong focus on building trusting relationships with residents and improving neighbourhoods.
