EARS Independent Advocacy Service (SCIO) in Edinburgh and the Lothians is recruiting a Service Manager to lead an experienced team of independent advocates delivering high quality services across the area.

You will be a capable leader with proven experience in service delivery, care or community settings, secure funding through grants or tenders, manage budgets and report to funders, and work with stakeholders to maximise impact and compliance.
