Job Description

Overview

Trust has a great opportunity for an experienced Cook to join our team at Parkhead Court, Dumfries, Dumfries & Galloway DG1 3JF on a permanent part time contract of 24.5 hours (average) per week.

We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu.

Responsibilities

As a Cook your duties would involve menu planning, ordering, preparing ingredients and working alongside the catering assistant.

You will help to keep the kitchen organised and running efficiently while ensuring you follow food handling, sanitation, and food storage procedures.

Qualifications

You must be able to move around the kitchen and be adept at multitasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques will be an advantage.

Benefits

  • o 10:00am to 6:00pm (1 hour unpaid break)
  • o Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
