Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable individual to join our team as an Ice Cream Van Server. This is a customer-facing role based at a stationary van, serving customers and providing a positive experience.

Hours: 11am 6pm (Flexible working arrangements can be made)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving ice cream and refreshments to customers

  • Delivering excellent customer service

  • Handling cash/card payments

  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the van

  • Assisting with opening and closing duties

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be able to work weekends

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Able to work independently.

  • Operator License (Will be provided if not met)

Desirable:

  • Non-smoker

  • Driving licence (beneficial but not essential)

  • Previous customer service experience

Additional Information:
