Job Description

Bield Housing & Care in Scotland is seeking an independent Project Change Manager to lead the Projects and Business Planning Team and deliver complex transformation across people, infrastructure, processes and systems.

You will support Business Leads, track delivery, surface risks, and work with EMT to build change capacity. Edinburgh or Glasgow office with hybrid/remote options; 12-month maternity cover, immediate start.
