Job Description

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is seeking a Team Leader to oversee Adjusting Executives across Northern Ireland and Scotland. This hybrid role blends people leadership with hands-on claims work, driving performance and excellent customer outcomes.

You will coach a team while also supporting Loss Adjusters on domestic major loss claims, liaising with policyholders, insurers and suppliers to move claims forward efficiently. Flexible work from home or office is available.
