Hybrid Senior Home Care Lead – Mentorship & Dignity

Job Description

Nursing 24/7 Ltd is seeking a Senior Home Care Worker to visit clients in their own homes across Wishaw and Motherwell, maintaining independence and dignity. You’ll support with personal care, medication management, meal prep, and daily companionship while mentoring junior staff and assisting the field management team.

The role is full-time with hybrid working (2 days remote) and involves delivery of high-quality in-home care within Glasgow and surrounding areas.
