Hybrid Property Maintenance Assistant (Temp, 12 Months)

Job Description

Albyn Housing Society is seeking a Property Maintenance Assistant on a temporary basis to support our voids and repairs programmes in the Highlands. The role is hybrid, based in Invergordon, with weekly office attendance required and activity across frontline services.

You will coordinate inspections, manage works, liaise with meter operators and keep precise records to meet performance targets while delivering quality services to our communities.
