Job Description

Dobbies Garden Centres is seeking an experienced Payroll & Reward Manager to lead the payroll team and own end-to-end pay, benefits and reward delivery across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring technical payroll expertise and strong people management.

You will manage weekly and monthly payroll, HMRC submissions, pensions, Gender Pay Gap reporting and bonus schemes, while coaching a UK-wide team and partnering with Finance and IT for accurate reporting and compliant
