Job Description

Livingston Building Services is seeking an Experienced Mechanical Estimator to support the M&E Services Estimating Manager. The role is hybrid, combining office and home working, and involves tender analysis, pricing, and client liaison.

The successful candidate should be able to analyse tenders, prepare pricing, and maintain files while collaborating with operations, surveyors, and design teams. Experience with Trimble Estimation Software and a CSCS card is preferred.
