Hybrid Maintenance & Repairs Coordinator

Job Description

Cairn is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer for our Inverness office with hybrid working. You will support the Maintenance Manager in delivering repairs contracts and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities include supervising contractors, advising on alterations or rechargeable repairs, and delivering projects such as insurance works or medical adaptations to meet customer needs. You will help meet KPIs and manage data for reporting and budgets.
