Hybrid Learning Designer for Engineering Training

Job Description

Babcock is seeking a Learning Designer for 37 hours per week with hybrid working arrangements. The role supports the 3 Dock Redevelopment programme, crafting high quality learning experiences with SME collaboration. Remote work is common, with occasional stakeholder travel.

Essential qualifications include Level 3+ L&D credentials and experience in digital learning content, plus proficiency with MS Office and Articulate Rise. UK national with SC clearance requirement is expected.
