Job Description

Parsley Box is seeking a Part-Time Head of Finance in Edinburgh. The role oversees financial management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, inventory, and governance, partnering with the CEO and external advisors to drive growth and profitability.

You will mentor a small finance team and provide commercial insights across the business. The role requires a qualified accountant with deep SME experience, strong Excel modelling, and a hands-on, strategic mindset.
