GoFibre in Edinburgh is seeking a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer to join the Technical Support team on a hybrid basis. You will tackle complex incidents, coordinate responses and support the incident manager during major events, ensuring customers stay connected and issues are resolved promptly.

Key focus on TCP/IP networking, customer problem handling and collaboration across teams to keep the network reliable and performant in a fast paced environment.
