Hybrid Design Lead – Wealth Experience (12-Month FTC)

Job Description

Lloyds Bank plc in Edinburgh seeks a Design Lead to head one of our experience design teams, shaping the design of Lloyds Wealth from inception. You’ll build a diverse team of designers and researchers, collaborating with product owners, journey managers, brands, and engineers to prioritise, test and ship high-quality experiences.

You’ll lead by example, drive design thinking across the service journey, and contribute hands-on to needs definition, journey mapping, and storytelling using Figma.
