Hybrid Brokerage Support – Client Care & Compliance

Job Description

J.P. Morgan is looking to hire a Customer Service Brokerage Support in Edinburgh to help clients with accounts, trades, transfers and inquiries across phone, email and chat. You will work with advisors and internal teams to process transactions, ensure compliance, and support vulnerable customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role entails 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 1pm-9pm) with a blend of office and home working, located in Edinburgh with generous customer service responsibilities.
