HSE Facilitator – initial 3-month Contract (Part-time or Full-time)
Rate of pay – around 22ph – negotiable
Dumfries, Scotland
We are looking for a practical HSE Facilitator to provide contract cover at a manufacturing site in Dumfries. This role is about maintaining day to day Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and keeping the basics in good order on site.
The initial contract is 3 months, paying around 20 per hour, negotiable depending on experience. Full time hours are preferred, however part time working of 3 to 5 days per week will be considered.
Key responsibilities

Updating and maintaining site procedures and work instructions

Managing Risk Assessments and PPE assessments

Maintaining environmental and hazardous waste records

Acting as COSHH point of contact and keeping COSHH records up to date

Collating month end HSE data and reports

Delivering essential site HSE training including inductions, Manual Handling, Hazard Awareness and LOTO
What we are looking for

Previous HSE coordination or administration experience

Manufacturing or industrial site experience

Comfortable working fully onsite

Reliable and able to step in quickly with minimal handover
