Location: Aberdeenshire (with travel across UK projects)

Activus Recruitment is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor for a well-established construction company delivering projects across the UK. This role is key to ensuring health and safety remain central to operations and that compliance, training, and safety culture are maintained across all projects.
Responsibilities include:

Providing health & safety guidance to project delivery teams

Reviewing subcontractor safety documentation and practices
-
Conducting site inspections, audits, and investigations into accidents/near misses
-
Ensuring compliance with legislation including CDM Regulations
-
Maintaining and improving health & safety systems, policies, and procedures
-
Supporting staff training and safety communications across the business
Requirements:
-
NEBOSH (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety
-
Proven experience in a construction health & safety role
-
Strong knowledge of legislation, including CDM Regulations
-
Excellent communication and reporting skills
-
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
