Job Description

Bakkafrost Scotland is seeking a Senior HR & Training Coordinator to coordinate HR Central services, including recruitment, onboarding and learning and development across the business. The role ensures efficient HR administration and supports managers while upholding HR systems integrity.

You will lead the HR & Training Services team, driving continuous improvement and delivering a proactive, customer-focused HR service in a high-performing environment.
