Responsibilities

The role supports the hiring and development of human resources within a machinery manufacturing company that produces excavators, wheel loaders, and related equipment.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of comparable HR experience in the UK.
  • Good understanding of UK labour law and practice.
  • Proficiency in Chinese, Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Proactive leadership in problem solving.
  • Excellent relationship building skills across all organisational levels.
  • People centred approach with ability to establish and follow precise, effective processes in a complex organisation.
  • Highly organised with a “can do” attitude and strong problem solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using basic MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Capacity to prioritise and manage conflicting demands.
  • Adaptable to a constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Service focused with strong oral and written communication skills.
