Responsibilities
The role supports the hiring and development of human resources within a machinery manufacturing company that produces excavators, wheel loaders, and related equipment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of comparable HR experience in the UK.
- Good understanding of UK labour law and practice.
- Proficiency in Chinese, Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Proactive leadership in problem solving.
- Excellent relationship building skills across all organisational levels.
- People centred approach with ability to establish and follow precise, effective processes in a complex organisation.
- Highly organised with a “can do” attitude and strong problem solving abilities.
- Comfortable using basic MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Capacity to prioritise and manage conflicting demands.
- Adaptable to a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Service focused with strong oral and written communication skills.
