HR Relationship Consultant – Fixed Term (Flexible Hours)

Job Description

Diversity Dashboard is seeking experienced HR Consultants (Relationship Team) on a fixed-term basis until 13/07/2027. This role focuses on supporting HR projects within the City of Edinburgh Council’s diverse and inclusive workforce.

The successful candidates will facilitate exit interviews, aid redeployment efforts, and partner with senior HR staff to uphold best HR practices. The position offers 36 hours per week, with flexibility in working arrangements.
