Housing Support Team Leader: Empower Young Lives in Dundee

Job Description

Action for Children’s Dundee Youth Housing Service is seeking a Team Leader within Housing Support to provide operational leadership to practitioners and support workers delivering tailored support to homeless and care-experienced young people.

You will coordinate 24/7 staffing, oversee assessment, support planning, and reviews, and work with Social Work, DCC Housing Teams and the AFC Prevention Team to ensure safe, outcome-focused services in line with safeguarding principles.
