Housing Safety & Compliance Lead

Job Description

Queens Cross Housing Association in Glasgow is seeking a Tenant Health and Safety Officer to ensure compliance with tenant safety and cyclical maintenance obligations. The role requires understanding of gas, water, lift, electrical, fire safety and asbestos, with emphasis on managing contractors and safety programs.

The position is permanent, full-time (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday, with a salary in the mid-range for UK housing roles. Close date for applications is 1pm on 31st July 2026.
