Housing Painter & Decorator – Repairs & Tenant Care

Job Description

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Painter & Decorator to join the Housing Operations team across Edinburgh. You will carry out repairs in Council tenant homes and prepare vacant properties to a high standard for new tenants.

You should have painting and decorating experience, a high level of health and safety awareness, be able to work outdoors and at heights, be a good communicator with customer care skills, and hold a full clean UK driving licence. Salary range £30,188 – £34,452.
