You will be responsible for a specific neighbourhood, ensuring high quality, well-run estates through the assessment of need of individuals, properties and neighbourhoods, followed by the development of solutions which range from prescribed processes to self-developed initiatives.

You will deliver high-quality landlord services to build stable communities by sustaining tenancies and engaging with customers face to face on a daily basis and partners to make required improvements, which also includes supporting local Tenants and Residents groups.

This may require attendance at evening meetings.

You will be able to provide high standards of Customer Care while encouraging and assisting tenants to maintain their tenancy and estates.
