With the opening of our brand new Glasgow hotel imminent, House of Gods is looking for a Human Resource manager to join the team and take our people into the next exciting chapter of our expansion plan.
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate individual with a flair for driving culture and developing people.
As Human Resource manager, working with the senior team, you will be responsible for:
– Multisite responsibility, looking after the teams at: House of Gods Edinburgh; House of Gods Glasgow; The Baxter Hostel; House of Gods Office
– Strategic Recruitment & Structure
– Onboarding & induction
– Organisation wide compliance
– Dealing with grievances & personnel challenges
– Implementation of company benefits including bonus & incentive schemes
