Common Thread Group in Tranent, Scotland, is seeking an experienced House Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a new residential home. You will create a passionate, collaborative culture and set high standards to achieve the best outcomes for our young people, while supporting and developing a team of Therapeutic Support workers.

The role requires strong leadership, safeguarding knowledge and a trauma-informed approach to complex behaviours.
