Paramount Personnel are delighted to be working with their client, an award winning Hotel in the Braemar area. As Hotel Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless guest experience and delivering exceptional standards throughout the guests journey.
The successful Hotel Front Office Manager will have a background in working in high end Hotel environments, ideally having experience of working to Forbes standards. You will be a fantastic team leader, setting an example and leading from the front. The successful Hotel Front Office Manager will have excellent financial acumen, and be able to maximise revenue opportunities at every given opportunity.
Hotel Front Office Manager responsibilities to include;
- Oversee all front office operations, ensuring the highest standard.
- Be experienced within Hotel booking platforms, ideally Opera PMS.
- Drive guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team through progressive coaching and mentorship.
- Ensure hotel compliance with local regulations, health and safety standard and internal corporate policies!
