Hotel Duty Manager – Lead Shifts & Guest Experience

Job Description

Premier Inn in Glenrothes is hiring a Duty Manager for 18 hours per week, paying up to £13.86 per hour. This hands-on role keeps the hotel running smoothly by leading shifts across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay.

You’ll motivate and coach colleagues, help guests with queries, resolve issues quickly, and work closely with the Hotel Manager and leadership team to maintain service standards and guest safety.
