Hotel Duty Manager – Edinburgh Central Premier Inn

We’re looking for a dedicated professional who knows how to deliver outstanding customer experience and has the skills to inspire others.
Responsibilities
- Manage a reliable, high performing team to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
- Utilise leadership experience from a retail or similar environment to oversee health and safety standards and drive an exceptional guest experience.
- Apply excellent communication and organisational skills to coordinate daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in retail or comparable role.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and support a team.
- Strong customer centric mindset and commitment to service excellence.
Location & Hours
- Location: 82 Lauriston Place, Lady Lawson Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 9DG
- Hours: 16 hours a week
- Pay Rate: Up to £14.36 per hour (day shift)
- Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.
