Duty Manager – Premier Inn, Aberdeen North (Bridge of Don)
Work 20 hours per week, paying up to £13.86 per hour (day shift). Immediate start. Lead a high performing team to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.
What you’ll do
- Manage a reliable, high performing team to ensure smooth running of the hotel.
- Apply leadership, communication, and organisational skills to manage health & safety standards and create an exceptional guest experience.
- Use experience from retail or other leading roles to inspire and motivate staff.
Ideal candidate
- Experience leading teams in retail or similar environments.
- Strong customer experience focus and ability to inspire others.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
