Alfa Holiday Group is hiring a Hotel Assistant Manager for our property in Melrose. You will support the General Manager, oversee operations, and help supervise all hotel staff while ensuring service standards and safety compliance.

The role offers a base salary of £36,411 per year with live-in accommodation possible and other benefits. You will be expected to work flexibly including evenings, weekends and bank holidays to deliver guest satisfaction.
