Hostel Kitchen Chef: Large-Group Catering & Breakfast

Job Description

Hostelling Scotland is seeking a Cook for Edinburgh Central Youth Hostel to prepare daily breakfast and evening meals for groups, manage stock, and maintain HACCP-compliant kitchen standards. This is a live-out, fixed-term position starting 24/Aug/2026 and ending 31/Mar/2027.

You will join a friendly catering team, handle ordering, menu planning, and ensure dietary needs are met while working within budget and safety rules.
