Job Description

Hostelling Scotland is seeking a Cook at Edinburgh Central Youth Hostel to prepare breakfast and dinner for groups, manage stock, and support a busy catering operation in a not for profit setting.

You will work with a friendly team, follow safety and hygiene standards, and help deliver high quality meals while meeting budget expectations. The role is fixed term with live-out arrangements in Edinburgh.
