Surgeons Quarter in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead teams across our hotel, conference, events and Festival operations.

You will oversee day-to-day hospitality, food and beverage, conference and event services, coaching supervisors and staff to maintain high service standards and a guest-centric culture.

This role requires flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, and a strong focus on staffing, costs and compliance to deliver exceptional experiences.
