Connect Appointments is recruiting a Hospitality Manager for a full-time permanent position at an exclusive luxury events estate in Kinross – a rare opportunity to lead hospitality operations in one of Scotland’s most distinctive private venues.

This is a hands on leadership role overseeing the full guest experience across high end private and corporate events, with the autonomy to shape service standards and develop a front of house team in a truly unique setting.

What’s on offer?

  • Full time permanent position
  • Core hours Monday to Friday – 42.5 hours per week
  • Paid at £38,000 per annum
  • Flexibility required for evenings and weekends in line with estate events

Responsibilities

  • Leading hospitality operations across all events and day to day estate activity
  • Managing and developing front of house teams including rotas, training and performance
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences with an uncompromising focus on detail and service
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety and operational compliance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high end events management
  • A confident, hands on leadership style with strong organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities across a busy events calendar
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
