Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a Cook for Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary. The role involves preparing meals for patients and visitors while ensuring compliance with NHS Scotland standards for food safety and hygiene. Applicants must hold a relevant cooking qualification (e.g., City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or equivalent) and have previous experience in a healthcare or large-scale catering setting. Working hours will include weekends, between 6.30am and 7.30pm.
