Hospital & Community OT: Early Rehab & Discharge Lead

Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland in Scotland is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the Caithness Integrated Health and Social Care Team. You will contribute to in-reach across Caithness General Hospital, focusing on early assessment, discharge planning and rehabilitation.

The role involves MDT working across acute and community settings, with travel to rural hospitals. A full driving licence is essential and HCPC registration is required.
