NHS Scotland is seeking a capable individual to lead the hospital catering service at Ninewells Hospital. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills and experience in managing budgets to meet targets, while delivering high-quality patient meals and safe dining standards.

The post reports to the NHST Patient Catering Manager and supports strategic planning for NHS Tayside, including service development, workforce redesign, and project management to improve patient services.
