Hospital-at-Home Staff Nurse (Frailty Care)

Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is expanding its Hospital at Home service. This role, based at the RAH in Renfrewshire, involves delivering acute care at patients’ homes within a frailty pathway, requiring an active NMC pin and car driving license.

Full-time 36 hours with 8am-8pm shifts, 5 days over 7 including holidays. You will work under ANP supervision, admit patients with frailty to a virtual ward, and help develop the service as it expands to 18 beds.
