Home Delivery Driver 7.5 Tonne

Pay Rate: £39,985.02 + Overtime rates available

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift Pattern: Any 5 from 7

Start Times: Between 05:00am – 10:00am

Location: Motherwell, ML1 4UY

Working as part of a two-person delivery crew, you’ll be the face of the operation, bringing great service directly to customers’ homes. If you enjoy being active, working as part of a team and providing an outstanding customer experience, this could be the perfect role for you.

Pay & Earnings

  • Annual Basic Salary: £39,985.02
  • Hourly Rate : £16.02
  • Overtime: x1.5 and x2 Rates Available

A Typical Day May Involve

  • Delivering furniture, appliances and household goods directly to customers’ homes
  • Working as part of a dedicated two-person delivery team
  • Installing wet goods and appliances (full training provided)
  • Handling large and bulky items safely and professionally
  • Creating a positive experience for customers at every delivery
  • Driving safely and efficiently in line with Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
  • Following industry-leading health and safety standards and vehicle compliance requirements

This Role Would Suit People Who

  • Hold a valid 7.5T (C1) Licence, Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and providing excellent service
  • Like active roles that keep them moving throughout the day
  • Take pride in delivering high standards and doing the job right first time
  • Have previous delivery, installation or home delivery experience (beneficial but not essential)
  • All levels of experience welcome
