Job Description

Montana Home Care in Falkirk is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to lead and support a team delivering person-centred care across Falkirk and surrounding areas. This full-time role (39 hours per week) requires SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and at least 2 years in a similar role, plus supervisory skills and a full UK driving licence.
