Away Resorts is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager for Piperdam Leisure Resort in Dundee. You will lead bars, restaurants, cafe and events, driving service excellence and profitable growth across F&B operations.

The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning, KPI delivery, stock control, budgeting and health & safety, while empowering guest-facing teams to deliver memorable experiences.
