Highly Specialist Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist: Neurosciences and Major Trauma Coordination

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Neurosciences and Major Trauma Rehabilitation Coordination teams for a Band 7 Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist. The post holder will be an integral part of the neurosciences team while also contributing to the rehabilitation coordination team, providing support to patients throughout the major trauma pathway. Additionally, the position may involve some community outreach work to support transitions home.

You will join a multidisciplinary AHP and Major Trauma team with a strong focus on high quality, integrated working, aiming to provide the best patient experience possible using evidence based practice.

We are looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills, leadership skills, and is a team player. Applicants should have an Honours Degree / MSc in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy and relevant post graduate training / experience.

AHPs are moving to seven day working and this post will require some weekend working in line with the strategic direction of NHS Tayside.
