Highlands Village Manager: Lead Operations & Wellness

Job Description

Sodexo in Fort Augustus, Scottish Highlands, is seeking a Village Manager to lead on-site operations, safety, and the resident experience. You will manage a contract-based operation and deliver a warm, home-from-home community during 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off rotations.

As senior on-site, you will drive wellbeing, performance, budgets, and client engagement, ensuring services meet standards; DBS check is required. A unique, remote community role with strong teamwork and guest care awaits.
